Following a suit line announcement earlier in the year, Nigo (Bape founder, seen below) recently gave a quick preview of the Mr. Bathing Ape By United Arrows formal menswear collection. This collaboration between Japanese brands Bape and United Arrows includes suits, shirts, shoes, hats and ties. The Mr. Bathing Ape collection is Bape’s first ever venture into the world of formal menswear broadening their brands growing reach. You can expect to hear more about the Mr. Bathing Ape collection this coming spring, which will be available at the United Arrows store in Japan.

Geek Vision is a young upcoming brand and Chad can be seen wearing their gray “Cheap Girl” t-shit. Dior Homme Spring/Summer 2010 High-top Sneakers

Dior Homme is introducing a brand new line of high-top sneakers for their Spring/Summer 2010 collection. These uniquely designed high tops feature leather & suede with eyelets that lace from the back heel towards the front, including a back zip closure. Although very creative, the eyelet position raises the question of whether the lacing takes away from the overall shoe design. What are your thoughts?

Soccer superstar, David Beckham who I must say has crazy swag to be a soccer player was recently spotted at the airport with his kids wearing a pair of Lanvin tan low-top sneakers ($630). David Beckham is definitely a Lanvin sneaker fan just like several other celebrities. He’s been seen on various occasions wearing different colorways from the Lanvin sneaker collection. Also you can see David is carrying his favorite Louis Vuitton Keepall 55 Monogram Waterproof bag ($2,190).

'The Cool Kids' bring the party back to hip hop

'The Cool Kids' hail from the windy city and are throwing back to the old-school, with heavy electronic beats and a slow Chicago flow. They got a little 80's/90's flavor, some Rick Rubin / trip-hop style production, and a little bit of an abstract party vibe that brings a really fresh sound to modern hip hop. There's some similarities to Lupe Fiasco in both style and wordplay, but I mean that as a compliment.

This isn't conscious backpacker stuff nor is it pop-hop commercial - I get a real party vibe from their stuff sorta like The Beastie Boys or Sugar Hill. It's kinda goofy, not really saying anything deep with the lyrics...it's basically dance music and the wordplay is just there to get the crowd moving.
